New build development of 19 apartments representing a beacon housing scheme. The scheme uses exposed concrete finishes to provide thermal mass. Design was coordinated with very low E Glazing systems to minimize internal heat gains but maimising natural daylight . Other systems included high efficiency low energy boilers and low energy lighting.
Developer was also the client which meant project was very design led with meticulous attention to detail.
